Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 1jj4 platform in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site or as a registered player placing bets — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 1jj4 (the platform operator). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the 1jj4 platform and close your account if one has been created.

1jj4 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 1jj4 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on 1jj4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1jj4 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will request identity verification documents from any player at any time to confirm compliance.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where 1jj4 does not hold the relevant regulatory approvals to operate.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or using the account for commercial purposes without prior written approval from 1jj4.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of a 1jj4 employee, where a conflict of interest may exist.

Providing false information during registration, including misrepresenting your age, is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. 1jj4 reserves the right to immediately terminate any account where fraudulent or inaccurate information has been provided, and to forfeit any balance held therein where permitted by applicable law.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 1jj4 products — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, and slot games — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or Pakistani mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the 1jj4 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1jj4 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately without advance notice.
• Void any bets placed or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts.
• Forfeit any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts.
• Retain deposited funds pending a full investigation where fraud is suspected.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jj4 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your account, including bets placed and transactions initiated, is your sole responsibility. You must notify 1jj4 support immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

1jj4 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

1jj4 maintains a unified PKR wallet for all platform products. All financial transactions — deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on 1jj4:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction, regardless of payment method.
• Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Online, Meezan Bank, Debit Card, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 1jj4 does not support withdrawals to a different payment channel than the one used for deposit.
• Withdrawal Timeframes: Standard withdrawal processing times are detailed in the Payments section of the 1jj4 Help Centre. Processing times may be extended where additional identity verification is required.
• Verification Requirement: 1jj4 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and does not constitute a restriction on your funds.
• Refused Transactions: 1jj4 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.

1jj4 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer. Some card issuers or banks may apply their own transaction fees; 1jj4 has no control over such charges and cannot reimburse them.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 1jj4 is subject to the following general rules, which apply across the sportsbook, live casino, and slot products. Product-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the 1jj4 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 1jj4 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• 1jj4 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in odds — including pricing errors, system errors, or data feed errors — is identified. Voided bets will be refunded to the player's PKR wallet at the original stake amount.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned.
• Settlement of cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures — follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the relevant league organiser). 1jj4 is not responsible for delays in official result announcements.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, player history, or account status.
• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are displayed within the game information panel and are calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly from published RTP figures.
• 1jj4 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet sizes, maximum winnings, or access to specific markets for any account where abnormal betting patterns are detected.

Bonuses & Promotions

1jj4 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and cricket betting cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms — minimum deposit amount, eligible games or markets, wagering multiplier, expiry date, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published on the promotion detail page and take precedence over these general bonus conditions in the event of a conflict.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity. Bonus funds are used only after the real-money balance has been exhausted.
• Standard wagering requirements for 1jj4 deposit bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion.
• Bonuses are awarded to one eligible account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via different accounts constitute abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• 1jj4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion and commenced wagering will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes.
• Withdrawals requested before bonus wagering requirements are fully met will result in the cancellation of the outstanding bonus balance and any winnings derived directly from bonus funds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1jj4 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 1jj4 platform in any way — including placing bets, navigating casino games, or claiming bonuses.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not otherwise arise under normal operating conditions.
• Using the 1jj4 platform for any money laundering activity, including using betting activity as a mechanism to convert illegitimate funds into withdrawable cash.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or the 1jj4 backend systems through any unauthorised means.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment verification documents.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity connected to the corruption of sporting events on which 1jj4 offers betting markets.
• Sharing your 1jj4 account credentials with any other individual or allowing a third party to operate your account.

Responsible Gaming

1jj4 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment — enjoyable, controlled, and within each player's personal financial means. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered 1jj4 player via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited into your 1jj4 PKR wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account from all betting and gaming activity for a chosen period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The cooling-off period cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 1jj4 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the 1jj4 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of 1jj4 or its content and technology licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1jj4 platform for your own personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 1jj4 platform content without prior written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any 1jj4 content or software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 1jj4 platform software.
• Use any 1jj4 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any commercial context without explicit written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 1jj4 intellectual property may result in legal action. The 1jj4 name, logo, and associated brand marks are registered trademarks and may not be used without written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jj4 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes resulting from data feed failures or third-party software malfunctions where 1jj4 has acted promptly to correct the error upon identification.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances beyond 1jj4's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Where 1jj4 is found liable for direct damages, the maximum aggregate liability to any single player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You may close your 1jj4 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

1jj4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within the requested timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 07.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure of an inactive account, 1jj4 will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered email address. Any remaining balance in an inactive account that cannot be returned due to expired payment details will be held for a period of 12 months before being processed per applicable dormant account regulations.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations that necessitate the closure of specific accounts.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date, including outstanding bets that were placed while the account was active.

Amendments to These Terms

1jj4 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be accessible at 1jj4.pro/terms-conditions, with the effective date of the most recent revision displayed prominently at the top of the document.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, financial terms, or game fairness standards — 1jj4 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on record. Non-material amendments, such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, may take effect immediately upon publication.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the 1jj4 platform and close your account before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 1jj4 is licensed and incorporated. Players from Pakistan access the 1jj4 platform subject to these terms and are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with their local laws.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 1jj4 regarding any bet settlement, account balance, bonus credit, or platform functionality, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise the dispute with the 1jj4 support team via live chat within 30 days of the event in question. Provide your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of the issue.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: The 1jj4 disputes team will review the case and provide a formal response within 10 business days. For complex technical disputes, this may extend to 20 business days.

All dispute communications must be conducted in English. 1jj4 will not consider disputes raised more than 30 days after the relevant event, except where the player can demonstrate that they were reasonably unable to raise the dispute within that period.
